JFPT is a physical therapy and fitness training studio providing 1 on 1 sessions in our clean and private space. We focus on myofascial mobilization coupled with joint mobilization, myofascial stretching, and therapeutic exercises to assist patients through their rehab journey, overcome nagging pains, recourtant injuries, or muscle and movement pattern re-education using a number of techniques from traditional manual therapy to neuromuscular facilitation. These therapy techniques are also incorporated into our fitness training, which is shown to help avoid those nagging, repeat injuries. Our goal is to teach you how to move more efficiently and help you live the active life you want to live. With a compassionate approach, JFPT provides the full spectrum of physical therapy services, prehabilitation to rehabilitation. Considering ourselves as movement specialists, we provide a whole body approach to our healing process, to not only help recovery but to give you a pain-free life back. Expertly applied manual therapy, including joint mobilization, will improve joint mechanics, soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release techniques will improve tissue movement to help joint mobility and stability. This is done so that we reprogram your mind-body connection, improving the body’s movement pattern through coordination and balance.
