We provide one on one and small group sessions (2 to 3 people). We’ve assisted hundreds of clients over the years meet their fitness goals from gaining muscle mass and strength training to fat loss and toning. Besides the decades of fitness experience you are also benefiting from our physical therapy background. Come try a workout in our full equipped private gym. Along with your fitness session comes complimentary towel service and spring water. Sessions are offered in 30 min and 60 mins sessions and can be purchased in singles, packages, or billed monthly. Sports Performance

This program offers a more in-depth approach geared towards those in athletics from the weekend warrior tackling an obstacle course to the professional looking to improve and recover during their off season or in season training. As a physical therapist our knowledge of movement gives a disinfect edge in understanding the demands of your specific athletic activity placed on your body and how your body meets those demands. This training also lends itself to minimizing injury frequency and severity.
Group Training

For groups of 2 to 3 people we provide fitness training sessions. Join a family member, or come along with co-workers and experience the benefit of exercising with a physical therapist assisting you. Get more personal attention than you do at most boot camps or group fitness classes. Small group personal training is also a cost-effective way to receive individual attention during your training session while working out with other people. We offer single session, multiple session packages, and monthly pricing plans to meet your budget.
