Jason Ferine Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy and fitness training clinic looking to start a home health service. We currently have service contracts in place to provide physical therapy service for a local home health agency. There is opportunity for significant growth within the company as the home health service grows. Our goal is to have multiple physical therapists servicing our home health agency contracts throughout the Los Angeles and San Fernando areas. We are currently looking for a physical therapist to provide service to the West Los Angeles, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Brentwood areas. Compensation for the position is based on a piece rate (paid per patient visit) for an 8 hour work day. Therapists would make 6 home health visits per day. Therapist will be paid as a W2 employee. Per visit rate starts at $50 to $85/ visit plus mileage reimbursement. Paid based on experience. There is potential to become full time. Full time therapists are eligible for health benefits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctor’s degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
Current California Physical Therapy license
Current driver’s license
Access to a motor vehicle with current and valid insurance coverage
Current CPR Certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
Verification for Employment Eligibility (US Dept. Of Homeland Security I-9 Form) if a non-citizen of the US
Home health experience is not mandatory but a plus
