We all have room for improvement so at JFPT we customize our approach and guide you on your fitness journey, providing personalized exercises tailored to fit your specific needs. Our sessions are detail driven by a wide range of customizable options, alway with a 1 on 1 approach to strength training, mobilization, flexibility, and stability. We do offer small group classes focusing on teaching correct body mechanics, active stretching, and proper form. Semi-private H.I.I.T (High-intensity interval training) for 2-4 people are available upon request for those looking to step up the intensity. If you are looking for a boost in your overall wellness plan, we also provide nutritional and health coaching services so that you can take your health to the next level!
